Brandy Weatherly - Hologic Director of Customer Engagement
A resident of Pass Christian, Mississippi, Brandy Weatherly is the director of customer engagement at Hologic. Since 1997, Brandy Weatherly has worked in the biotechnology industry.
Ms. Weatherly was hired by Cryolife as a product manager in 1997, where she was involved with product launches and commercialization. In 2001, Proxima Therapeutics hired her as a senior product manager in neuro-oncology. She was the lead for development, launch, and commercialization of GLIASITE, a localized radiation therapy for glioblastoma and metastatic brain tumors. After Cytyc Corporation acquired Proxima Therapeutics, Ms. Weatherly became the regional sales manager for its neuro-oncological products in 2005. In this role, she led, managed, and developed sales representatives in 12 territories across the US.
Ms. Weatherly was hired by Hologic in 2008 as its regional sales manager to sell gynecological surgical products. She led, coached, and developed a team of territory managers and clinical specialists to help the department exceed regional sales goals. Hologic recognized her hard work, awarding her its President’s Club and Circle of Excellence in 2009.
In 2012, Ms. Weatherly became the company’s senior territory manager, managing and leading sales effort in territories across four states. She received the Circle of Excellence Award in 2013 and 2015 for her commitment to the company.
In 2023, Ms. Weatherly was promoted to director of customer engagement, where her primary responsibility is to design and execute customer engagement strategy for the surgical division. She also cultivates relationships with health care professionals and providers.
